As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for Apprentice and Journeyman HVAC/Sheet Metal Installers to join our team. The Sheet Metal Installer will work with our residential new home, multi-family, and commercial projects in Winnipeg, MB.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems and ductwork in residential new homes, multi-family, and commercial projects
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and installation of HVAC systems and ductwork
- Follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC problems and provide effective solutions
- Work with a team to complete jobs on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications:
- Journeyperson HVAC Sheet metal license preferred
- Minimum 3rd year HVAC apprenticeship complete
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Mechanical knowledge to understand the functioning of HVAC equipment and ductwork systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to move equipment or materials
- Valid class 5 driver's license
