This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, and improving production processes. This includes developing quality processes, providing technical guidance, training, and establishing operation procedures for productions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct industrial engineering studies on time & motion, production line efficiencies, job simplifications, workstations & equipment, material flow, production processes, product and equipment, and designs and standards.
- Analyze fabrication and assembly processes and identify opportunities for improvement across part manufacturing activities
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives using continuous improvement tools & techniques, working closely with diverse stakeholder groups
- Analyze production process, perform research in robotics, and participate in the Machine Automation/Process Improvement team to develop industrial automation/robotic solutions for production/ Participate in initial robotics testing and installation in production lines.
- Install, test, and modify the robotics, find the limitations, test the sample station, identify the weakness and functionalities to create relative modification, design a solution to finalize the mature model.
- Migrate multiple robotics station for entire production lines
Job Qualifications:
- University degree in science or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of PLC capabilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with impeccable organizational and time-management skills
- Control system design and installation experience
- Optical / PLC certifications are assets
- Knowledge of C Programing language, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PLC
